These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the kozah Travels website and related booking tools. They are a general template for a travel agency marketplace: please review them with qualified counsel before relying on them for regulated or high-volume sales. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our role
kozah Travels provides search, comparison, and booking facilitation for flights, hotels, vacation rentals, and packages. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, we act as an intermediary: your contract for transportation or accommodation is with the airline, hotel, host, or other supplier. Fare rules, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and local laws apply as published by each supplier.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your place of residence. You agree to provide accurate traveler names, dates of birth where required, and contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Bookings, prices, and payments
Displayed prices are informative until you complete payment and receive a confirmation. Taxes, carrier surcharges, resort fees, cleaning fees, and currency conversion may change until the booking is ticketed or confirmed. We use reputable payment processors; card data is handled according to industry standards and our Privacy Policy.
4. Changes, cancellations, and disruptions
Change and refund rights depend on the fare, rate plan, or rental policy you selected. Schedule changes and disruptions are managed under each supplier’s rules and applicable passenger-rights regulations. Where self-service tools are available in My Bookings, use them first; otherwise contact us with your booking reference.
5. Kozah platform cancellation fee
When you cancel an eligible booking through kozah Travels (online or with our support team), a platform cancellation service fee may apply in addition to any penalty charged by the airline, hotel, host, or other supplier. The current fee is shown at checkout and is calculated as a percentage of the booking total you paid through kozah Travels (before any supplier refund). The percentage is configurable in our admin settings and may change from time to time; the rate displayed at the time you complete payment applies to that booking. Supplier penalties and platform fees are deducted from your refund where applicable. Non-refundable fares, special rates, or host policies may leave no refund after all deductions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform (for example: automated scraping that degrades service, fraudulent bookings, misrepresentation of identity, or attempts to circumvent supplier rules). We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, partners, or the integrity of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kozah Travels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from supplier performance, third-party systems, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes to another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
