- How do I search for flights?
- Open Flights (or Search) from the navigation, enter your origin and destination airports or cities, choose your travel dates, and run a search. You can refine results and continue to passenger details and payment when you are ready to book.
- Can I book hotels and vacation rentals on kozah Travels?
- Yes. Use the Hotels and Rentals sections to enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. Each product has its own checkout flow and confirmation.
- Where do I see my bookings?
- Sign in and open My Bookings from the menu. You will see flight, hotel, and rental reservations you have made with your account, with links to confirmations and invoices where available.
- What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Rules depend on the fare, rate, or listing you purchased. Airlines, hotels, and hosts set their own terms. Always check the cancellation section at checkout and your confirmation email. For help with a specific booking, use My Bookings or contact us with your reference.
- Are service fees or commissions included in the price?
- Pricing is shown before you pay, including taxes and platform fees where applicable. Vacation rentals may list a nightly rate plus cleaning or service fees — the checkout summary shows the total you will be charged.
- How do I change or cancel a flight?
- For flights, open My Bookings, select your trip, and follow the options shown. Many tickets are non-refundable but may allow airline credits according to the carrier’s rules. If you do not see a self-service option, contact us with your booking reference.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Payments are processed using industry-standard providers and encryption. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You will see trusted payment fields at checkout.
- How do I report a problem with a booking?
- Use the Report an issue link from My Bookings or open the Dispute / help section from the site footer where available. Include your booking reference and a short description so we can route your case quickly.
